Dangers of Anxiety While Competing in Bingo
by Rogelio on Nov.03, 2017, under Bingo
There are a variety of reasons why people start gambling on bingo, e.g., for cash, for friendship, for experiencing that rush of adrenaline, or just to have a wonderful time. Highs and lows, thrill and kills, you name it – net bingo offers all these and many more. Just as in any other gambling game where stakes are high, this heightened excitement has its own fair portion of positive and negative impact on the enthusiasts.
Bingo- The Stress Magnet
The anticipation involved in a round of bingo can push a person to the opposite end of the spectrum. Becoming too wrapped up in the match, one’s excitement level could alter; this could have a negative effect on individuals who suffer from high blood pressure or cardiac problems. Some studies indicate, people who compete in bingo are subject to get easily worked up and accordingly have high-stress. It has been seen that job affiliated stress is much less than the anxiety created while participating in bingo. There have been several instances of people having lost their place of work because of bingo-related anxiety impacting their performance at work.
Despite the aforementioned risks, bingo can still be an enjoyable anxiety-reliever if players accept that it’s only a game, take care of their well-being and constrain their behavior.
